At Puff9k Vape, we are pleased to offer a 30-day return policy. This means that starting from the day you receive your item, you have 30 days to request a return if you are not satisfied with your purchase.

Eligibility for return

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it: unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. Please ensure you have your receipt or proof of purchase to facilitate the return process.

Reporting damage and problems

Items not eligible for return

Exchange process

For exchanges, we recommend returning the original item first. Once the return is approved, you can place a separate order for the new item to ensure prompt processing.

14-day cooling-off period for EU customers

For customers in the European Union, we offer a 14-day cooling-off period. This means you can cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, without giving a reason. Items must be in their original, unused condition, with tags attached and in their original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase will also be required.

Refund process

After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the status of your refund approval. If the refund is approved, we will process it through your original payment method within 10 business days.
